Individual Counselling

Your therapist will meet with you individually. During your first meeting, you will have the opportunity to tell them about yourself and what you hope to get out of therapy. Together, next steps will be determined.

Family Counselling

Support is available for families in navigating through parent-child conflict, school issues, and/or other challenges that you may be experiencing. In this safe space, we can focus on improving communication and strengthening relationships.

I am a Registered Social Worker who will welcome you with a warm disposition and genuine regard for your overall wellness. I have experienced my own adversity in life and this has added depth to my practice. I wholeheartedly value individuality and you will feel respected in this space. Together, we will determine a treatment plan that best meets your needs.

As an integrative psychotherapist, I use components of different treatment modalities to more effectively manage the myriad of obstacles that individuals are experiencing today.
